Abington Festival of Running 2024
The 10k Committee | PTFA are very excited to announce the Abington Festival of Running for 2024. This popular event consists of a measured 10k, 5k and 2k Family Fun Run. All racers are chip timed and receive a medal on completing the race.
The date: Sunday 6th October 2024
Times:10:30 for 10k | 10:45 for 5k and 2k Fun Run
Granta Park are again hosting this fast paced race hosted at the inspiring Science Park and for the 10k runners an additional section around the villages of Great And Little Abington before returning for a finish back in Granta Park. See the maps below.
The 10k course is fast and a great place to smash that personal best for the season. Our 5k and 2k Family Fun Run course is safe and contained within the Science Park site.
Our amazing marshals and the attention to detail from the organising committee mean that runners return year after year. If a new runner to the event we are sure you will have a great experience.
